Tuscany Gates Condo

The contemporary neo-classical design of soaring vertical and horizontal lines and spacious balconies was inspired by the great villas of Tuscany. The intimate entrance court with the soothing sounds of cascading water leads you into an octagonal two storey lobby. The sweeping rows of decorative columns and articulate roof lines create a modern expression of a traditional form. This 18-storey residential building was carefully crafted to blend into the stabled residential neighborhood. The building is sited to allow for maximum green space which accommodates outdoor amenities such as a pool, putting green and a jogging track on top of a three level underground parking garage.
