Job Description:
We are seeking someone with over 15 years of experience to manage a wide variety of projects from the initial design phase through to the on-site contract administration. Candidates shall be able to prepare architectural working drawings & construction details, and specifications, in a collaborative and team environment with a focus on quality control. The candidate should be self-motivated, sincere, conscientious and detail oriented with strong communication skills in a professional manner. Candidates, in addition to participating in business development activities, should have sound management skills and enjoy working on technical aspects of architectural projects in a fast paced and supportive environment. Must be highly experienced with Revit and AutoCAD software (latest edition), Sketchup and proficient with MS Office productivity software.
An intermediate to senior level of familiarity with the Ontario Building Code and knowledge of building science and construction detailing will be an asset, along with a strong motivation for continual learning.
