Leamington Medical Village

The local family health team’s relocation to a new facility is primarily dedicated to serve the medical needs of the community at large. The new facility is located within a new Medical Village conceived by our design team. The plan is designed as a hub-n-spoke planning concept with the hub portion being served by the administrative part of the program and the spokes will be served by examination rooms, physician & nurse practitioner offices and client washrooms. A great deal of emphasis was placed on analyzing the length of travel that clients had to deal with.
This facilitated the strategic placement of program manager’s office, clinical areas and procedure and treatment rooms.
