Park Hyatt Hotel

Located in Toronto’s Yorkville neighborhood, the new Park Hyatt involved the complete renovation of all interior and exterior spaces of the pre-existing Park Plaza Hotel. All the ballrooms, banquet rooms and both restaurants, Morton’s Steak House and Annona, a new addition to the hotel, were expanded and refinished. The north tower was completely overhauled, stripped down to the skeletal concrete structure, with an addition of two new floors. A spectacular two storey gallery was added to connect the two towers. The grandeur of the new entry and porte-cochere off Avenue Road was made possible with the expansion of the lower levels and rerouting of the entry hall where valet attendants are in the waiting. A new 12,000 square foot Stillwater Spa was incorporated on the lower level.
