St. Clair College Centre for Applied Health Sciences

Our design team developed a comprehensive functional space for a new academic building on the St. Clair College Windsor Campus. Utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) from concept to construction, we designed fully functional meeting spaces, classrooms, and labs to support the Health Sciences department’s existing and new programs. Funded by the Knowledge Infrastructure Program with a tight schedule, the project leveraged BIM resources to efficiently manage the extensive design data from each department.
